I just wanted to say a big thank you for the kindness and support yesterday. I was late to my first class at the University District studio due to parking issues and construction—completely my fault. I arrived at 4:27 PM and apologized at the front desk. The receptionist was so kind and understanding. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name.

Later, I received a cancellation notice, which allowed me to rebook my free trial. I attended today at Signal Hill and had a great intro session.

Thank you to the amazing staff for making this experience smooth and welcoming!

Smashed it! What a great class. Jordan kept the energy up and the group inspired. Today was my very first Lagree class, Jordan's queues were descriptive, timely and clear. It made for a smooth transition between exercises and helped me get the most out of my class. Beautiful facility and super clean equipment. Thank you Lagree, YYC and Jordan!\

Went to my first ever Lagree class and was super lucky to have Nicole as my instructor. She made me feel so welcome and took the time to go over everything before class. Throughout the class, she would check on me regularly and helped me adjust my form. I will absolutely be back.

If you’re new to Lagree, be sure to bring your grippy socks and arrive 15 minutes early! You’ll have a great time!

I appreciated that Emma took the time to show me everything and to continue to assist me throughout the class. I find that assistance from the instructor is often lacking and so I love that more attention is given to people at Lagree to ensure proper form etc.
Emma also took careful consideration of any injuries, which I really appreciated. Thank you for a great class.
Will definitely be back!!

Being my first class, I was a tad nervous as I had never tried this kind of workout before, but those nerves quickly vanished! Chelsea was SO helpful, giving me a full rundown of the equipment before class and making sure to assist if I got lost throughout. The class was challenging in the best way, and I can't wait to come back!
